[My description and initial thoughts - May contain spoilers]

Kevin is the only member of the Smith Syndicate who doesn't talk. Not once during the game does he utter a single word - Even when he does critical-hit kills. He's also the only one who uses knives as a weapon instead of a firearm. This comes in handy mainly due to him not having to reload; he can just keep attacking enemies with his knives. One major advantage when using Kevin, is his ability to turn invisible. This is extremely useful if you need to get out of a pinch, or you need to pass through security sensors, lasers and the like - Kevin simply passes through any enemy and security system undetected. To use his invisibility costs one vial of thin blood, and the higher you level up his invisibility via the TV, the longer he can stay in that state. Kevin is quite stealthy too, and can move around quite fast, which is another plus. his power and strength isn't all that great at first, though I suppose as you level him up higher, his damage rate will increase. He's good to use against the Backward Smile sub-boss part of Sunset pt. I, since he doesn't need to reload, you can keep throwing knives at the enemy and destroy it before it reaches you.

Poor Kevin, I barely used him, except for times when I had no choice but to, or I needed to use his invisibility. This isn't to say he's the weakest or the most useless of the 7; all of the 7 have important abilities that you need in order to progress through the game. So eventually, you'll end up using everyone by the time you've finished the game.
