--The Man Who Manages the Killer7--

A servant of Harman who is constantly calm and collected. Using his clairvoyance search ability, he can make Heaven Smiles materialize. He calls himself a cleaner.

[My description and initial thoughts - May contain spoilers]

Garcian is who I think of as the second in charge of the others. He is the only one out of the 7 who contacts and consults with Harman. He gets information and details regarding missions from a guy called Christopher Mills, who calls Garcian 'Garcie'. The later part of the game heavily focuses on Garcian and his past.

Anyway, Garcian proclaims himself to be a 'cleaner' (when you access his channel on the TV). He's the only persona who holds the Vision Ring and is the only one who can revive any fallen Smith personalities - you have to use Garcian from the nearest (or last) save point and go and collect the head of the fallen persona. Once collected you can revive them via the TV by rapidly tapping the X button (PS2) which gradually revives them to full life. However, if you've died somewhere where you'd have to go through tough (or a lot of) enemies, it could get tricky trying to recover fallen personalities, as Garcian isn't too powerful when it comes to killing the enemy. Like he says, he's a cleaner :p He doesn't do all the killing, the others do.

I quite like Garcian, though his lack of special abilities render him at a disadvantage compared to the other 6. Regardless, Garcie's still cool :) He uses a pistol with a silencer, that fires 5 rounds. His reload time is quite fast, which is good, especially if you need to shoot a lot to kill certain Heaven Smiles. Like Harman, Garcian also has a high vitality level which I guess makes up for the fact that he can't be leveled up, and has no special attacks.
